Scandal: Duncan Mighty Arrested For N11m Fraud in Imo

Duncan Wene Mighty Okechukwu, popularly known as Duncan Mighty was earlier reported to have been kidnapped by unknown gun men in Owerri, Imo State.

The billionaire club owner known as Cubana Chief Priest broke the news of his alleged abduction on Saturday, November 14 2019. 

According to his report, Duncan Mighty was attacked, beaten and then pushed into a vehicle and was taken away after shooting sporadically in the air.

Nevertheless, Ikeokwu Orlando, the Imo state police spokesperson has revealed that the well known Nigerian music artiste, Duncan Mighty was arrested for an alleged N11m fraud after renegading on a business deal with the government of the state.

The allegation was levelled against Duncan by an upcoming artiste in the state, M2, who claimed the state government under the tenure of the former governor, Rochas Okorocha, went into a deal with the singer.

The deal entailed that Duncan should sign M2 under his record label and manage, promote and arrange collaborations with other artistes. 

It appears Duncan renegaded on the agreement and he was picked up by the police.
